By accessing or using Vistr at getvistr.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vistr ("we", "us", "our").
Vistr is an AI-powered career intelligence platform that analyses job descriptions, identifies strengths, gaps, transferable skills, and provides tools to help users make informed career decisions. The Service is intended to assist job seekers in making informed decisions about job applications.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
The Service is available to users worldwide but is operated from Australia. If you access the Service from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or Google account.
You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
A free tier is available with limited monthly usage as specified on our pricing page. No payment is required for the free plan.
Paid subscription plans are available at the pricing displayed on getvistr.com/pricing. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 7-day refund for new Pro subscriptions if you are unsatisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact hello@getvistr.com within 7 days of your first payment. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
Vistr offers a Founding Rate of AU$19 per month to the first 100 paying subscribers who activate a Pro subscription.
Subscribers who qualify for the Founding Rate will retain that price for as long as they maintain an active Pro subscription.
If a payment fails, the subscriber will be granted a grace period of up to 14 days to update their payment details and restore their subscription. During this period, the subscriber will retain their eligibility for the Founding Rate.
If a Founding Rate subscription is cancelled, terminated, or remains unpaid beyond the grace period, eligibility for the Founding Rate will be permanently forfeited. Any future subscription will be charged at the standard Pro rate in effect at the time of re-subscription.
The Founding Rate offer is limited to the first 100 eligible Pro subscribers. Once this limit has been reached, all new Pro subscriptions will be charged the applicable standard Pro rate.
Vistr reserves the right to discontinue the Founding Rate offer at any time after the maximum number of eligible subscribers has been reached.
Vistr reserves the right to modify its standard pricing at any time, subject to the notice requirements set out in Service Availability and Changes. Changes to standard pricing will not affect subscribers who continue to qualify for the Founding Rate.
Founding Rate subscriptions are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to another individual or entity.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes.
